The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and offers 75 sqm living space for 2 persons with a beautiful lake view. It has a glass front facing south and a balcony facing east. The distance to the center of St.Wolfgang is 1km. A car parking space is available and included in the price. The beach opposite the house with deck chairs and sunshades is available to our house guests for free use.

minimum stay of 7 nights, arrival on Saturdays from 4 pm, depar ture on Saturdays until 10 am
price per week: € 1120 incl. 10 % VAT and visitor’s tax
towels are changed ever y 4 days, bedclothes once per week
final clean-up: € 50, inter mediate cleaning on demand: € 35 incl. 10% VAT

November 22 nd to January 10 th (Wolfgangseer Advent):

minimum stay of 4 nights, arrival any day from 4 pm, depar ture any day until 10 am
price per day: € 160 incl. 10 % VAT and visitor’s tax
towels are changed ever y 4 days, bedclothes once per week
final clean-up: € 50, inter mediate cleaning on demand: € 35 incl. 10 % VAT

September 20 th to November 22nd and January 10 th to June 14 th:

minimum stay of 4 nights, arrival any day from 4 pm, depar ture any day until 10 am
price per day: € 140 incl. 10 % VAT and visitor’s tax
for 7 nights or more the price per day is € 125 incl. VAT
towels are changed ever y 4 days, bedclothes once per week
final clean-up: € 50, inter mediate cleaning on demand: € 35 incl. 10 % VAT

cancellation:

cancellation charge is 20 % of the total booking (for any reason of cancellation)
